Focused on Personal Injury, often in complex situations, these new partners are well placed to aid the growth of the practice through their client centric focus and their outstanding outcome driven philosophies.

A senior candidate was referred from a Barrister, seeking a new challenge with a National, Plaintiff focused Firm.

Through our network we successfully introduced the candidate to the Managing Partners, where they are now building an additional Practice under the candidates management.

Project Controls Manager, Renewable Energy.

Working closely with the GM Australia, we successfully identified an outstanding, commercially focused Project Controls Manager for an award winning renewables project that Acciona had been selected to deliver.

Critical to their growth in this sector, the individual was required to set up, manage and execute concise controls for the project covering 2 continents and multiple countries.

Working across the planning partnership, Arup and Aurecon, in addition to Sydney Waters' Executive in the Project Delivery teams. We successfully executed Project recruitment campaigns with a blended approach of all Aquari's service offerings ensuring the successful identification and onboarding across multiple technical disciplines:

Hydraulic and Network Engineering;

Process Engineering;

Mechanical Engineering;

Civil Engineering;

EC&I Engineering.

After 4 years working within the projects every single individual that was onboarded has remained within the projects and have also been promoted within their respective regions and teams.
